For the N-Solutions team, a practical way to assess AI learning is to look at the quality of decisions at work.
Do we understand customers better? Notice gaps in a brief earlier? Explain why one creative direction deserves to be chosen?
AI can help generate many ideas. Before choosing one, brand and agency teams still need to understand the problem: are customers unaware of the product, unclear about its benefits, or unconvinced that they should change a habit? Each problem calls for a different approach.
Start with one concrete task
We suggest starting AI learning with a specific task. Reading a brief more carefully is one example.
- Write down your own understanding of the problem first.
- Use AI to review assumptions that lack evidence and questions that remain unanswered, using only data you are authorised to share.
- Choose what needs verification and explain why it affects the direction of the work.
The most valuable learning comes in the final step: knowing which questions to ask the client, what information is missing and which proposals are not yet suitable.
After each attempt, record something you overlooked and how you will check for it next time. Managers can also dedicate part of a team learning session to discussing and challenging these observations.
We believe that asking a better question before execution is progress worth keeping. This is how AI learning becomes connected to professional capability.
At which stage of your work is AI helping your team think better?
